Bulking Season

Alright ladies and gentlemen, bulking season is officially upon us. Today is January 1 of 2022 and I will be under going a four month bulk process. I will keep a record of everything through out the process so that I can show you all how it's done.

What is bulking?

Bulking is the process of a progressive increase of calorie consumption that is beyond your body's need along with intense weight training. This process is a phase of body building and is typically a 4-6 month process. This is the process of building more mass to increase muscle. Although there is three phases to body building, bulking can prove to be unhealthy if not done correctly. Watch what you eat and how often, you can easily over compensate your calories which could lead to unhealthy weight gain. With that I can't stress this enough, pay attention. Cheat days are allowed just don't lose yourself!

Today I will be weighing and measuring myself and working out a meal plan for myself to start tomorrow January 2. I will be sharing with you later and kep you all updated through this process and hope to help you with your fitness goals as well. The more informed you are the better off you will be in my opinion.

For me my goal is to be significantly bigger than I am in the picture below. This picture was taken in July and I was 218lbs. I have slimmed down a bit since. Onto BULKING
